Fees and Billing policy
Woollahra Veterinary Hospital is a private billing veterinary practice. Our fees reflect the quality of medical care and service levels we provide in a commercial facility in the centre of Bondi Junction.
Consultation fees and fees for standard procedures such as vaccinations, desexing, microchipping and wellness profiles can be provided over the phone. In cases of illness, injury or where a diagnostic work-up is needed, a consultation is required for history and examination before an estimate can be given by the veterinarian.
We strive for treatment estimates to be realistic and accurate. Our aim is for our clients to make informed decisions about diagnostic options and treatment choices and, where possible, to accommodate your philosophy of treatment with tailored regimes to maximise your pet’s wellbeing and quality of life.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation or at discharge of your pet from hospital. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and Eftpos payments.
We recommend the consideration of pet insurance. A wide range of policies are now available which provide coverage for illness and injury as well as preventative health. As part of our service we provide itemised reports to insurers and can submit claim forms on your behalf.
